This Subscriber Agreement is a legally binding agreement between CIRCLEAPP ONLINE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (Praja App) and the user who accesses and uses exclusive premium poster services provided by Praja App through their mobile application.
Exclusive premium posters
1.1 The Praja App provides exclusive premium posters to the Subscriber through the App.
1.2 Subscriber acknowledges that Posters are created based on information provided by them through the App.
Subscription
2.1 The Subscriber has the option to subscribe to the Poster Services on a quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis.
2.2 The Subscription Fee will be communicated to the Subscriber through the Subscription and may be subject to change with prior notice.
2.3 To pay the subscription price on time as specified by the Provider Subscriber agrees.
2.4 The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Subscriber&s access to the Custom Poster Services for non-payment or late payment of the Subscription Price.
Refund
3.1 Payments made for annual/monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Subscriber agrees that no refund will be given for the unused portion during the subscription period.
3.2 In exceptional circumstances, the Provider may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.
3.3 Refunds may take up to a maximum of 10 working days to reflect in your bank account
User Responsibilities
4.1 Subscriber is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password associated with the App.
4.2 Subscriber agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information while using the App.
4.3 Subscriber shall not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Cancellation
5.1 Provider may terminate this Agreement and Subscriber&s access to the Custom Poster Services at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to breach of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
5.2 Upon termination, Subscriber&s right to access and use the Poster Services through the Exclusive Premium Posters App shall immediately cease.
Limitation of Liability
6.1 The Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement, the App or the Custom Poster Services.
6.2 Subscriber agrees to use the App and Custom Poster Services at their own risk.
Payments & Trial Setup
7.1 Praja App does not save your card or UPI information on our platform
7.2 All payments are handled by well trusted third party gateway providers
7.3 After setting up your trial, you may be contacted via phone to assist with layout creation and to provide information about our premium subscription offerings.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana.
8.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Telangana.
Total deal
9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Provider and the Subscriber, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations or understandings.
9.2 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
